- Where is the bootcamp located?Oxigyn Fitness 5900 Schumacher Ln, Houston, TX, 77057 / Galleria area
- What are the bootcamp dates?This is a 8 week bootcamp.
We will meet 2 days a week, every Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm :)
Dates: June 4th, June 6th, June 11th, June 13th, June 18th, June 20th, June 25th, June 27th, July 2nd, July 4th, July 9th, July 11th, July 16th, July 23rd, July 25th, and July 30th! - Is the bootcamp beginner/pregnant friendly?Yes! Every exercise can be modified. If pregnant, you must be cleared for all activity by your doctor
- What time does each class start?6pm-7pm in person
- What is the policy on kids?Kids are allowed however they will need to stay in one spot to prevent risk of injury during our session!
